Your statements stay on your device

BankToSheet converts PDF statements using JavaScript that runs in your web browser. The contents of your files (transactions, balances, account numbers, names) are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we cannot see them.

What we do collect

• Anonymous usage events: page views and actions such as "converted a statement with 42 rows" or "downloaded CSV", together with your country (derived from the request) and referring website. These events contain no statement content and no identifiers, and we use no cookies for them.
• Local storage: your browser stores your daily free-conversion count and, if you buy Pro, your license key. This data stays in your browser.
• Purchases: payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which receives your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. When you activate a license, we forward the key to Lemon Squeezy to check it.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
